IHC Wrench and Planter plate

I picked up two items at an antique flea market in Sandwich Illinois,
One is a monkey wrench, 7" long closed and has INTERNATIONAL
HARVESTER CO on one side and PAT..SEP 97 on the other. Is this a
tractor wrench? Interesting patent date though, I read the I.H. Co. was
formed in 1902.
The other is a planter disk 1975A with the old round IHC monogram. Can
anyone give me an age for this disk?
