Appreciate the thoughts and ideas. Valves were reset hot after retorguing the head and are still ok. Unable to detect any leaks around the carburetor or intake manifold. The carburetor will almost suck the palm of your hand inside of it! This is the baffling part - can't understand why fuel is not be drawn when choking, but the engine runs perfect after starting. Our old H will flood immediately if you choke it to much, and any amount of choking on the M and it will not flood.
