Tim: Christmas for me is not big on material things. It wasn't always that way. In 1979 I found myself in a shopping mall parking lot with 3 tired children. Somewhere in the mall was a mother, probably even more tired, trying to find some of those impossible gifts. When my wife arrived back at car I could see she was in no mood to talk. About half way home I suggested to the family that really the only people who had much to celebrate in this commercial Christmas, were the merchants. Since that time we concentrate on trying to make sure family is all together for the holliday. We are quite big on singing, food and a bit of drink. We exchange names for a gift, this now includes 2 sons inlaw. We have one rule on the gift, it must be hand crafted by the giver. So my wishes for Christmas are for peace, health and happiness for all mankind.
