I have rebuilt an M engine where all 4 pistons were froze as well. Everyone has an opinion. I have a method that worked for me. I put some liquid wrench on top of the pistons and then unbolted the oil pan and removed all the rod caps. Use a rubber dead blow hammer and a 1" or larger wooden dowel. Place the dowel underneath the piston, on the wrist pin joint(So you do not knock the top of the piston off) and hammer like a mother fuc### for about two hours a piece and they they come right out the top! Yes I know that sounds like work, it is... BUT, it works. Get this, I even put a bottle jack underneath one of the pistons to push it out the top, nope. The entire tractor lifted off the ground. Remember all that is stuck is those little rings. Just pound with all your might and they will come right out the top.
You'll get them out.
