Mark - I agree w/FarmallMD - you're unlikely to find a new shifter at your dealer. And if you do it will be spendy. A couple suggestions: 1 - It's simple to fix a worn shift lever end. Takes only a few minutes to build up the button with arc weld, then grind the weld metal into a workable profile. It doesn't have to be 100% accurate either - anything close to the original profile will greatly improve shifting. 2 - On my Super H, difficult shifting was caused by a missing cross pin and a wrong size (too small) pivot pin in the base of the shift lever. Was a simple matter to cut up a couple common bolts to make good replacement parts. The tractor now shifts gears like new. (However your dealer can probably provide these parts new at reasonable cost if needed...)
