Supposedly, I guess in the absence of a gas stabilizer, the laguers will build up in the jets and also stick the float. The article did mention removing each plug and squirting oil into each cylinder. (That's what I did when I stored my '57 Chevy before going to 'Nam on my senior trip. Everything was fine when I got back.)

P.S. How's them lil critters gonna find their way inta the fuel system, anyway?
