The original A does not have an opening on the distributor housing to accept a hydraulic pump. You would need to use a pto driven pump. The need for a three point is driven by what you want to do with the tractor. In some cases it maybe be easier and cheaper to buy a tractor that meets your needs. Once you add the hydraulics and three point then you need to locate implements designed for the A. You can probably find them but are you willing to pay the going price?
