IH and Oliver Styling

Did anybody notice the similarity in the styling of IH and Oliver tractors in the 60's? They both had a straight hood line, flat top fenders, high-mounted seat, boxy grille, and small round-tube wide front axle. I think they both are good-looking tractors, but I really don't ever hear much about the Olivers. I suspect IH was the style leader and Oliver was the copycat.
