Corey, you didn't say how the tractor runs, is it using a lot of oil?, does it smoke, sputter, cough?..I am assuming that it is just a hard start..Now I know how Hugh feels about additives but here's my story..this little diesel I bought hadn't run in 8 years and after I got it home I could only get it started with ether...a tractor friend of mine gave me a talking to about using ether so I put a cleaner/conditioner in the fuel , we suspected dirty injectors and slobbering injectors and after a few tanks of this treated fuel the tractor began to start without ether and now I can start it even in the cold weather using only the glow plugs. Hugh has made the point here that clean fuel should not require any cleaner and that many fuels contain conditioners for various weather conditions, however the tractor I bought had not been cared for properly and dirty fuel, sediment bowl and filters were evident, having used this fuel conditioner/cleaner I am convinced that it improved the tractor's starting and performance...I could have removed the injectors and had them cleaned or replaced but a few cans of diesel conditioner worked for me. There may be other cicumstances with your tractor but I am only sharing what did the trick for me and it worked. This tractor loads all my manure and I clean out every two weeks, it starts without being plugged in and without ether. Not knowing more about your tractor makes it difficult to give you something concrete but that's my story and I'm sticking to it!........Mike in Exeter Ontario

This particular product is sold in three parts, a bottle of etch, dryer, and sealer. We were fortunate enough to start the process with stern warnings from those that had used this type of product before. The horror
