If the tractor is extremely low on hours and has seen EXTREMELY limited use since about 1982 it might be worth the time to find a lead substitute. At some point in the early 80's even "Regular" fuel had the lead content greatly reduced. If it had been used regulerly it's likely had unleaded fuel run through it for quite a while and the "damage" has already ben done. If the tractor has been overhauled since about 1985 it may have received the hardened valve seats and leaded fuel is not needed.
