I just bought an H and then I bought a Dual loader for it. The old guy I got the H from used it on a dairy farm and used if for haying. I to was advised not to buy an H for a loader tractor because it was too small or because of the live hydraulic issue. Well, it seem to work well for what I use it for, pushing snow. I also plan to use it for some landscaping and other things on my small acreage. I would suggest to get some wheel chains for it. You can put a sprocket next to the fan belt pully and put a chain to a hydraulic pump to have live hydraulic pump. Dual has this sprocket. You see alot of H, SH and 300 size tractors with loaders on them in Minnesota and South Dakota where I am from. I would not want to move round bales or feed 100 head of cows with it but for what I use it for its great. Of course a 4020 or 856 size tractor would be better but that depends on what you want to use it for. Power steering would be nice but if you need to turn tight just put the loader on the ground and turn the wheel. I would not let any body tell me know that an H is not a good loader tractor. BTW you may want to get hydraulic bucket with your loader but then it depends on what you want to use it for. Curt
