600/650 values

I've been looking through some old IH books and would like some more information on the 600/650 tractors. I have never seen one around S. Minnesota. I am guessing they were more popular in the wheat country? What kind of production numbers were there? What kind of money are they worth today? They were made in the late 1950's, right?

We do a little pulling and thought that it would be fun to have one of these old girls to give the 720's and 80's a run for their money. Thanks for the information.
