I don't think the bushing is original. Someone must have had it made. Originally, just a machined fit between the shaft and the hub. I don't think IH makes these parts anymore. They have been replaced by an assembly that has a ball bearing. If you want to stay original, you will have to rework what you have, or get parts from a salvage dealer or you may luck up and find some new old stock parts. Easiest is to just buy a new fan assembly. These are available from lots of after market suppliers.
