The BN is 8in narrower than the B so without getting the measuruing tape out the easy way is to look at the right hand seat support (When sitting in the seat). If it is right up against the fender then it is a BN if there is another support bracket holding the seat support onto the foot plate then it is a B.
B's were a lot more common than the BN.
Another way is to measure the lenth of the diff hoiusing and compare this to the long side of an A. There are the same for a BN and 4in longer for the B.
