Hey, Ive been looking at the hydraulic system on the C lately and was just a curious how it all works. My only experience with hydraulics is on out John Deere 445 efi, and Front loader. The Hydro Tranny pumps fluid and it goes through a system of valves and out to the cylinders. On the C, i see hoses coming off of a block next to the distrubutor. Going back to a Large block under the fuel tank. Then rods going up to the levers. On out JD you push up on the levers and the implements drop, and have down pressure. Pull back and the raise. The levers on the C are different, you push them up, and they sta where you put them? They dont return to a central point. on The JD the lever are stacked, upper and lower. The top lever lifts the bucket and or the 3 point in the back, and the belley mower, the lower lever lifts the boom of the loader. On the C there are 2 levers, left and right..does on do one side and the other does the other side? Thanks!
