I really can't speak to the issue of the quality of NAPA parts. I haven't noticed any particular problem there. The problem I have--and it is present at both the NAPA sources close to my home--is that the people working the counter seem utterly incompetent. One has to be exceedingly careful that they come away with the right part--that is if the attendants are able to find anything at all. I can't imagine how they find their way home at night. I have better luck with some of the kids that staff the various local dicount auto part shops. It doesn't sound like anyone else's experience, but NAPA is a choice of last resort for me.
