Rod, I suspect the flax packing has dryed out causing your valve to leak. Give Ken Updike at Carter & Gruenwald a call (Case/IH dealer in Wisconsin) @ (608)455-2411. I got a whole new sediment bowl from him for $25.00. They may just carry the new valve and packing.
