Not sure if the 301 will bolt up or not. Converting from diesel to gas is going to be a major undertaking. Even if you get manifolds, carburetor, distributor, etc. you will need a new wiring harness for a start. If you are getting the entire engine and all of the attachments it will help a lot. The blocks between the gas and diesel will have different openings for things like the distributor and fuel pump. Just a couple of things to think about.
