I dont know, Ive been hit with a Hi output electronic ignition on a performance car, and Ive been hit by a magneto, and the magneto definetly hits hard, it knocked me over, while the coil ignition just scared me a little.

Id say magneto, think about it, 1 wire going to the ground switch, everthing else is right there in the magneto. No coils to lose power/leak...looks cleaner to me.
