Well, it sounded good. I'm in the Washington, DC area. One other person replied saying I can pull off the right brake housing and pull on something. The shaft itself does retract from the brake housing when I pull up the pedal, but both axels remain locked (the lugs really tear up the turf when I turn :-)) It is begining to sound as if the spline that locks the two axels together, somehow must have separated from the shaft that protrudes from the right side brake housing????
