CHADS RIGHT MAKE SURE THAT THE FLOAT IS NOT RUBBING THE BOWL. I HAVE HAD TO PUT IN 3 NEEDLE VALVES AND THE SEAT BEFORE IT STOPPED.YOU CAN GET THE NEEDLE VALVE FROM IH.
