Early H's don't mean to much in terms of value unless they are a 39. Seems like collectors seek out either the 39 or the later ones like the super H's and the big span in the middle are just H's. The weights (I assume you are talking about wheel weights), they were sort of an extra option along with fenders so no real big deal that it don't have them. I bought a rusty 42 H that run, bad tires, tin was a little ruff for $150. That was to cheap. I wouldn't pay $800 for one unless it was running while I was righting out the check. I would offer $500. I've seen alot of running H's sell for $700.
