You have a fuel delivery problem. Start with the tank making sure you have a good constant fuel flow. Clean the sediment bowl and any filters that you may have added to the fuel line. Clean the entire Carb making sure to get all of the crud out. Make sure that you remove the right angle fitting going into the carb as there is a screen filter connected to it inside the carb. I wouldn't replace the Plugs just yet.
