Finally I cna help someone. You need to remove the front pulley, and remove the cover. It is a pressed fit into that cover. I had my radiator off when I replaced mine, and had to remove the front bolster, and the hole big radiator support on my BN. On an A, I can't tell you if it can be done wihtout removing it, but my guess is that it can't, and even if it could, the risk to your radiator is too great. My pully pulled right off by hand, but I have heard of others who needed a puller. Bottom line....I think you are looking at a big job. Good Luck Steve
