Farmall Don, here's a suggestion that make a heater easy as pie. My kids bought me a magnetic block heater for my birthday after I had scrounged up this little B250 diesel. You can stick the heater on the oil pan, along the side of the block,on the thermostat housing..just anywhere on the engine. When you're ready to start just unplug and pull it off and set it on the bench. TSC handled these heaters and they weren't that expensive. I've used it a few times on the oil pan and after a few hours I have had easy starts..just a thought.......Mike in Exeter Ontario
