i bale 5 to 6 thousand 1500 pound round bales every year wet and dry. i have tried many different brands but the only one that i have found that will last for the longest and cost the least amount to keep functional is the new hollands. i now have a new holland 851 auto tie that i have had for ten years and i can prove of atleast 45000 bales ran through it. replaced chains one time, and some bearings here and there in those ten years. it looks just fine behind my 1086.
