I just put two on recently. If you are not going to flip the one over and re-use it, cut it in two with an abrasive disc. Then, while your wife is away, clean the new one really good, (this is so it doesn't smell when you put it in the oven). I left mine in for about 20 minutes at 450 and it slipped over the flywheel easily. Let cool and you are ready to go. Hope this helps.
