Farmall 450 problem Clutch or torque?????

We just put a new clutch in our 450 Ih. We also had the fly wheel turned. The torque didn't look hurt, so we put the tractor back togeather and somthing still sliped. We broke the tractor again and redone the clutch and replaced the torque clutch, Put it back togeather and still the same since. We dont want to tear it apart again until we are sure what the problem is. We havent done any thing to the tractor since. The only thing I can think of is that we will have to replace the whole torque.
