Farmall H; When you expose clean metal, cover it with a spray can primer from an auto parts store or discount stores like WalMart. You can spray or brush on the wheel rim(s)silver color. You can use a one inch wood chisel to clean off grease, grime and thick bedded dust. Cheap engine starter fluid(ether) cuts oil film quickly(Be careful not to use this product near sparks or open flame situations. You should have a farm supply business near your location to get original or compatible Farmall colors for your rig.
