Slow and easy does it. Cordless drill on slow speed AND slowly. You will find that most of the time these don't go all of the way to the bottom of the hole. LONG time ago I did my dad's 300 and it might be a 1/8 drill. NAPA had them and they are real little. Use a brass hammer to reinstall them. Clean out the hole with an air hose but wear eye protection or close your eyes and turn away!!!! If the grease is REALLY old and hard you can heat the casting a LITTLE with a tourch with pressure on the fitting at the same time with a grease gun. That will make the grease flow most of the time.
