Greasy John; I apologise for not getting back sooner but I have been fighting the flu bug in myself and two sleep deprived kids. I looked today in the bin which holds all the parts leftover from some 15 Carter carbs. I'm sorry to say I was only able to find ONE Idle jet and Two nozzle bleeds. Sort of goes to prove my point on hard to rebuild carbs. I then looked in the computer for any new options but came up emptyhanded(although I only checked the original part #'s. If there were any Part #'s superceded to a different # I failed to check due to complications with my ability to learn new computer programs). So...options left to you are to find a GOOD used carter carb to either swap carbs or parts from, or buy a new or rebuilt carb from your favorite supplier. I think if it were my tractor I would definately put the NEW Zenith on. At the very least, get a used zenith/marvel carb to replace the Carter unit. I believe it will only get harder to find parts down the road. Sorry I hit you with a dead end. Post any further questions or ponderings. P.S. I think the new Zenith carb was running in the $195 price range last I checked. That is about what my rebuilds go for & you don't have to exchange your old carb.
