Thank you. We tried taking out #1 plug and felt for compression, but we did not return to TDC. We were just past the numbers. Should we take numbers all the way around again by hand or back it up a bit to reach TDC? In regards to the float height we had just reassembler the carberator. I don't remember there being an adjustment for float height. This problem existed before we worked on the carb. We thought that may be the problem. $81.00 later we realized we were wrong.
