There's a lot of places to find farm toys and the other posters have listed some. Some tips on toy buying; I also started out "just looking" for a "couple" toys of stuff my dad has or had. Have about 100 currently! A good price guide such as Dick's Farm Toy Price Guide is useful. It not only gives you a ballpark value but also shows if the item was ever made as a model.
The ads in Toy Farmer magazine are another good source. If you want more info on where to get the price guide or Toy Farmer magazine, email me.
Oh, did I mention that after a couple Toy Farmer magazines you'll want a subscription and end up waiting by the mailbox? ;-)
