Brian,
From what I can see, (I have one of each), the main difference is of course the height of the tractors. The Lo-Boy has it's final drives rotated forward 90degrees, which puts the pans at vertical, and drops the rear. Also the front axle spindles are considerably shorter than the regular Cub. From all I can see, everything else is the same. In fact, I have stolen alot of parts off the Loboy to help up the big brother. They are both great little tractors.
