For determining mag rotation, you go by the direction the drive coupling turns, NOT the direction the rotor turns, which will be the opposite.

Your "H" mag is RH, so use the "R" mark to time the little gears.

Starting at the post labelled #1, arrange your spark plug wires in firing order around the cap in a CCW direction.
