Farmall Gray Iron Pistons?

I have an old Farmall H Service book and it talks about the pistons being made of gray iron. I assume the kits now provided are Alu. I was wondering if the Farmall M also had Gray iron pistons, and if so, can the rpm limit be raised on these tractors since the Alu. pistons have such a lower interia weight to them. I figured the decrease in weight of the Alu. pistons would be easier on the con. and crank bearings. What do you ALL Think? Thanks, I really enjoy this Sight.
