The IH 460U was rated as a 4-14" plow tractor.Nebraska test #674. They use the C-221 engine @ 1800 rpm. Shipping weight 4410. The torque Amplifier provides 2 ranges in any gear that are allowed to be shifted while tractor is moving. Data taken from pg.74 of Alan King IH data book. I believe they started in 1959 for these models. I could photocopy page if intested.
