1949 Cub clutch problems

I've inherited this cub from the original owner. It has never been rebuilt, and runs like a charm. However yesterday I had to adjust the clutch and noticed that there isn't much adjustment left.

I think I need a new bearing and seal, I'm fairly mechanical but no mechanic. How intaled is it to replace these parts if I can find them??

Any help appreciated.
