Hydraulic System Flush

Just replaced a couple of gears in my 154 Lo Boy this afternoon and have it for the most part back together.I would like to flush out he hydraulic lines and pump as well as the tranny since they both use the tranny case,just to make sure I get all the little shvings out as not to damage something else.Any suggestions on the best way,or at least a good way to do this and what to use?I have a new filter ready as well as some clean fresh Hytran to go back init.
