Probably not practical, but you can keep the tractor in a heated shed. Condensation happens when the tractor gets good and cold during a cold snap. Then a warm front with lots of moisture comes along and the tractor is still cold. So it sweats like a glass of iced tea in the summertime. It it is warm, as in a heated shed, it won't be cold, so it can't sweat.
