Carl, just to let you know there is a serial number break in these engines. It is absolutely essential to get the correct number and to remind the supplier or you will get the wrong parts and you will have head gasket problems. Been there! It is hard to believe but Car Quest parts stores have access to many of the parts for these engines. These engines are plentiful in the tractor junk yards and these engines were used in the industrial equipment also. Prices vary considerable so check them before committing. I got the last parts I needed from stock at an industrial Case backhoe distributor. I would get the crank and rod used and then buy a rebuild kit. 1-800-627-6137 has a repower kit for $1200. These engines were used in tractor models 1370,1470,1570,2390,2470,2590,4490
