Ok,Replaced all three sider gears this morning, shifts into all gears, but second is a little ruff, this is not running.I start it up and ease out the clutch,I have it out of gear and its like its hung up in two gears.I fiddle around with the shifter and it goes into all gears and still acts like it hung up in all gears.I pull the shifter and all three rails are lined up, Ireinstall shifter, push in clutch start it up,and ease out clutch again, shifter is in neutral, but tractor rolls normally in what "feels" like 2nd or 3rd.I push in the clutch and put the shifter into second and again it acts like its stuck in two gears.Im guessing one of two things, bent fork on the 2nd and 3rd rail,or I didnt get the fork in the groove on the gear. What do you think? And,does anyone know of a way that Icould maybe check this without pulling the top back off?I hate to buy another cover gasket, which didnt excatly fit right and had to do a little trimming and cutting on,got a more accuarate resource for these other than dealer? Thanks!
