Cowman: As I recall we tried out three machines the 404, IH and the third I think came from MF dealer. The IH was better on turning, crossing windrows, etc. However we felt the NH did the best job crimping, and that was one we kept. Most of the time we used it hitched right behind NH mower on 300. We didn't keep that setup long as my cousin and her husband were NH dealers. and their first NH 460 haybine landed in our yard, and stayed. We had liked the 404, but just couldn't get to like the NH mower.
