Sorta looking at like you are I built two a few years ago. Got in my mind what I wanted and went to a lot that sold trailers and found one I liked and took a lot of measurements. Got the steel form a recycle yard and the other components from Northern. Turned out well so I sold it for enough to pay for that one plus buy the materials for another one so I had me a nice trailer for just my work UNTILL a friend decided that he needed to use it more than me but wanted it registered with tags and all so I told him to register it and if I ever need it I will come borrow it from him.
