Haas, This write-up of yours reminded me of a problem I had with my MD. After adjusting the throttle friction brake per what I thought it said in the manual, I could hardly move the throttle. So I decided to loosen the tension ring on the back side. I had a hard time getting to that ring to loosen it as there is very little space between it and the block plus all the other obstructions. I finally used a needle nose Vise-grip, but it was difficult as I could only turn it about a 1/16 turn per bite of the wrench. Is there a better way to do that as I still need to loosen mine up some? Roger
