A stage 1 Super H shouldn't cost any more than a regular H, of which IH made about 390000. Slightly bigger engine and faster 3rd and 4th gears--$500-$1500 depending on condition. A stage 2 added live hydraulics and accounted for less than 10000 of the roughly 29000 Super H production. For a stage 2 in average condition, expect to pay perhaps $300-$500 more than a Stage 1. One thing -- if you can't afford $1500, you certainly cannot afford to restore one unless you plan on spending several years. Parts are readily available, there will be very few that you can't find, just be willing to pay for them. For more info, ask more specific questions.
