Your F20 should handle the plows. Mine works to pull 2-14" but I'm in heavy clay. I'm not familiar with a straight disk. We used to pull an 8' double disk without any problems, 10' will probably give it a workout. The F Series number usually indicates the horsepower at the belt pulley. F12 at 12HP and so on. The Nebraska Tractor Test numbers for the F series come in slightly higher, but close.
