Hi, on the farm version of 454 the PS, PB and 3pt. hydraulics were all run from the same pump. The pump and filter were located under the left running board. The hydraulic oil dipstick was at your left heel on the running board. The reservior filler was the pipe plug behind the seat on top of the casting that the 3pt rock shaft goes thru. Also there is a splitter valve that controls the flow of hydraulic oil to PS and PB. This sometimes gets clogged with dirt and you either have PS, PB and no 3pt or 3pt and no PS, PB.
