I believe the operator's manuel lists the speeds in different gears. I have an SMTA also. Low low is pretty slow, use it sometimes for baling heavy hay. Have never wanted to drive down the road in 5th with throttle open. Not sure how fast it is but too much for a tractor with a little wiggle in the front.
