This is easy. You need the dozer to level the spot to put the new building to hold the equipment that you need for the 10 acres. With out this new building, the equipment that you are currently investing in may have to sit out in the weather. And I am certain that it would cost more than $2,000 dollars to level out an area for a new building. At least it worked for me. And never store the shells with the guns. That is always good advice.
